Интересное: Из Токио в Лос-Анжелес через Магадан
В конце августа компания Сузуки устроила международный пробег, с целью продвижения нового седана бизнес-класса Kizashi (ну и название). Маршрут любопытный: из Японии в Америку, через Россию и Канаду. Самый интересный участок маршрута Владивосток — Магадан. Затем авиаперелет с автомобилями на Аляску.
Я сначала подумал — вот молодцы, на серийном автомобиле в экспедицию поехали (я всегда придерживаюсь этой концепции в своих экспедициях). Но на самом деле оказалось, что все не так просто.
Тысячи людей ездят по этому маршруту каждый год, на обычных легковых автомобилях. Да — асфальта там нет, мостов нет, дорогу периодически смывает. Но даже прошлогодняя экспедиция на Мазда3 показала, что дорога проезжабельна на легковой машине с клиренсом 12 сантиметров (Документальный фильм на rutracker'е).
Здесь же японцы увеличили клиренс, установили раллийные пружины и амортизаторы (!) и цельнометаллическую защиту всего днища. Да ну, совсем несерьезно. Вот на серийном автомобиле если бы проехали — это зачет.

Якутия и Магаданская область, конечно рай для фотографа. Вот есть же у меня мечта — побывать на озере Джека Лондона. В этом году до Владивостока доехал (кстати, скоро новые отчеты), значит в следующем однозначно надо ехать в Магадан.
